NAME: Only
AGE: Two years old
GENDER: Female
BREED: Husky/Wolf Mix
PACK: Loner, but looking for a pack

APPEARANCE:

Only is a large, furry wolf dog. She has a large frame made even more imposing with the thick fur, which is predominately black, though there is white on her face and her limbs. There is a splash of reddish brown fur in her tail. Her eyes are pale blue and extremely piercing, which she will use on occasion to intimidate those she needs to. Having been in numerous fights and scuffles since her birth, scars cover her body, though none are immediately easy to spot, once again thanks to her thick fur. .

Only learned to be independent and resourceful from her mother, Dew, while she was hidden from the rest of the wolf pack. This gave her the opportunity to learn to take care of herself, upon the occasion the pack would decide to exile her for being a mix breed. When the pack moved away from the city, Only decided to stay and she learned to remain determined for her own survival’s sake, and has taken care of providing for her own needs. The treatment she received growing up from the pack, has led her to be temperamental. She does not trust others easily, and she has difficulty taking orders, as she has had to care for herself so much. She often sees her own ideas as the better ones, and is hard-headed in staying the course, especially if the orders given differ from her own ideas of what is priority. While she is more than capable of surviving on her own, she does long for a pack to be a part of. She does miss the hierarchy, and the sense of place, even if she will sometimes cause waves.

HISTORY:

Only was named thus, as she was the only pup from her liter of nine to survive. Her mother, a wolf, had escaped from the confines of the zoo with other members of her pack. While out on the streets, her mother mated with a husky male, whom the pack later tracked down and killed. Once the puppies were born, the pack turned on the liter as well. Her mother was able to save two of them, and kept them from the pack until they were older and able to “prove themselves” to the pack. When her brother was killed on a hunt, she became the only survivor of her litter. She was attacked by another female wolf in the pack, whom she mortally wounded, thus gaining herself a place in the pack, and the name Only. Longing for the wilds, the pack decided to move on and leave the city behind. Only decided to stay and see what the city had to offer to her. So she is roaming the streets alone, seeking a new pack.
