Aisha walked slowly to make sure Cookie could keep up with her large steps. The small dog asked her a few more questions about her past, Aisha wasn't the type to keep up with her past, mostly her present and anticipate her future. She decided that she would share some more information just so that the chihuahua could get to know her better. The mastiff did notice that the black and tan dog didn't feel as comfortable about her past as she was so dropped the subject. Cookie did how ever clear out things about her eye sight, Aisha simply nodded as she listened. "On one side, I would of loved to stay with my mother, she is my mother. If I did stay with her, I wouldn't of never met my human family so I wouldn't of been any less happy. On the other side, I did enjoy my life with those humans. The young woman and man and their three kids. I had many good times with them and they made me who I am today.", the cream dog sigh as she looked down to the chihuahua. "I do miss them. But I think them being gone is just another opportunity for me to develop and gain new experiences." She stopped for the time Cookie stretched. "I think that's what life's about ; new experiences and learning, seeing new things. A routine is nice, but I find it gets boring after a while." Aisha looked out at the city in front of them. It seemed a lot smaller from the forest line on the other side of the field. "I'm not sure, is there a place where we could find a quick snack? And something to drink, I haven't ate or drank since I left my country home." She sat down and wagged her large tail.

Cookie listened again to Aisha as she spoke about her humans. She nodded at appropriate times, and said the occasional "mhm" when she heard her story. "I get what you mean. Were the kids fun? Whenever I was around kids, they always pulled on my tail and ears. But my human, she was the sweetest lady ever. I used to wish I knew my mother and possible siblings, but I'm glad my girl found me and raised me. I don't think I would have survived with my real mother." She spoke, feeling like she should share a little about her past. It was still rough, thinking of her human, but she knew she wasn't coming back. And she wanted others to know how she was raised, just didn't know how to say it. "New experiences eh? I like that. Life is about learning and gaining knowledge, and that's only possible by trying new things. You're a smart dog Aisha. I like you." She barked happily, her tail wagging behind her.
"I'm in a pack, I'm sure they have food stored there. If no one's there, I can sneak you in. I don't think they'd be mean, but I'm just a little thing and don't have much say." She walked into the city, smiling over at Aisha, heading towards the Cornerstone Graveyard. "You ever hear of the Cornerstone Graveyard? That's my pack."

Aisha stopped and sat down, looking at the road leading right into the city. She had never been anywhere near the city, never. Even the vet came out for her check-ups, at the same time as the horses. She then looked down at the black dog. "Meeting your pack.", she thought a second. "I have no idea who that pack is. Are there any other packs in this city?". Aisha hadn't ever thought about being a part of a pack, normally a wild canines thing. In a world without humans that seemed like the safest way to go. "If your pack is as welcoming as you are, I'd be glad to meet them.", she smiled with her though hanging out.
The mastiff took another bite out of the snow on the ground, trying to keep fresh. The snow was very cold and seemed to not do much. She stood back up and looked back out towards the road. "Does this road lead us there?", Aisha asked as she wagged her tail.
[[ Could you make the new thread at the graveyard? Since Cookie is a member of the pack and would know how to get there...? ]]
