Rev flicked her tail hitting Slick in the shoulder as she watched Beau relax once again. It was starting to get late and she was starting to get fussy from the hunger gnawing at her stomach. Deer were pretty common in these parts from what she'd seen so far. She was also getting fidgety from sitting still for so long, she popped up from the spot she was sitting in and trotted over to Beau, she was up close to him now, less than six inches from him. She looked at him, watching his eyes with a pondering look on her face. Although she'd met lots of canines before, between all the run ins with packs and loners, never had she met one that was even remotely friendly. She was nervous about it and it made her a bit uncomfortable, but at the same time she thought, maybe, just maybe she could make a new friend.
Slick flinched each time Rev's tail hit him in the shoulder, he knew he had made her extremely upset acting the way he had. He spoke a little loudly trying to be slightly intimidating when he spoke, though not sure he could pull it off "Slick, nice to meet you Beau." He barked softly as he watched Rev get up, cutting him off almost. He watched as he approached the male, getting a bit tense, he didn't know this male and didn't trust him, especially so close to Rev.
