NAME: Monster

BREED: German shepherd

APPEARANCE:

He stands the average height/weight for a german shepherd. His ears are triangular in shape and stand erect on his skull. he has the typical ebony and tawny markings that which is normal for his breed. His eyes are an amber/gold color and are expressive and piercing. his muzzle is boxy and his jaws open in a scissor like fashion.

His fur is silky and somewhat long, but not overly. His barrel is rounded and his hindquarters are powerful and lean. His paws are large and well formed.

The back saddle on his back extends to his sides and his chest isn't concave, but well formed, allowing good oxygen intake into his body. His tail hangs down between his back hocks and has soft silky fur which matches the rest of his body. His shoulders are well toned and muscled; His head sits vertical atop his spine and is carried well. His back is long but not wide;

His nose is black and there is a bit of ebony markings around his eyes, not entirely giving him the 'raccoon' appearance. There is a small patch of ebony on top of his forehead, just above his eyes. His ears have a thin edging of black.

PERSONALITY:

Monster generally is a stoic dog, but deep down he's generally sweet and gentle once you get to know him.

He would never hurt or disrespect a female. He can either be your best friend or your worst enemy. He is a private dog, not generally talking much about his feelings, but if he finds the right canine, he would open up gradually.

He takes a bit to trust, but he usually will take to a female a little easier than another male. He tends to be a little wary of males, being they're usually so aggressive. Don't get him wrong, he can hold his own and fight when needed, but he has the urge to protect females.

Monster's a little self conscious too, depending if he's around a pretty female or not. He is usually very protective over those around him and that are close to him.

He can't stand any male having a large ego, becuase he will be blunt and down right stick a pin in it, deflating it. Monster is also caring and compassionate and loves pups, but due to his past, people might perceive him boorish and not spend the time to get to know him better.

HISTORY:

Monster's human family loved him dearly. He was pampered and just adored.

One day he woke up and found he was on the side of the road somewhere. He had no idea why or when they just seemingly abandoned him like this. He didn't think he had done anything wrong but couldn't believe what had happened to him.

His beloved family, clearly just decided to up and leave him without any explanation.

For a while, this angered and hurt him but over the years he had become slightly cool about it, and had adapted the attitude of not caring anymore. He had to think of himself and survive out here on the streets.

Down the road he'd met a lovely female. They'd been together for a while when suddenly she just up and left him too...on the grounds that she felt he didn't want a family. She never gave him time to talk or anything.

So once again, he was abandoned by someone he thought who cared about him. Monster never found out where she'd gone off to, but once again he was unable to understand why some just leave him.

His family is out there somewhere; His parents and a few siblings. He hasn't been able to contact them nor does he have any idea where to start. One day he hopes to find them and find his ex-mate.
