{ LUCAS }
Long, powerful legs carried the young canine along the streets of the quiet train station. What was once such a bustling, loud city, had now reduced to an abandoned, wrecked place. The bright lights were no more. Shops, carts, and buildings were in ruins, laying around with a thick layer of dust and snow. Humans that used to wait around for the next train, drive cars on the surface, and enjoy life, now ceased to exist. To say it the least, the city that was once a thriving place, was dead and gone.
But Lucas did not care. Why would he? To the childish Belgian Malinois, it was only a sign of freedom, a chance to explore and for his kind to thrive as the people did. To him, it was an opportunity, not a loss. And today, he was going to get that opportunity, and Luke would make the best out of it.
With a cheery smile on his masked face, the brown-and-black lupine bounded around the deserted tube, his vivid amber-brown eyes catching every little detail the abandoned place had to offer him. Lucas carelessly stumbled upon lots of things, but still he continued on. The herding brute barged into the little shops that littered the station, wrecked the little spaces even more, and did whatever he wanted to do. A laugh escaped the energetic boy’s mouth, his tail wagging with vigor as he ran around the place like he owned it. He didn’t care what the others thought of him if he saw him in such a state. For the young male, acting like a puppy and being as clumsy as ever was only being him.
Tongue lolling out of his maw, the Belgian Malinios canine collapsed on the snow-covered ground, the cold not bothering him one bit. Lucas released a howl of joy and roared out in laughter, his brown-black tassel going to and fro enthusiastically. “Hello~ Anybody home?” Luke called out in the loudest voice he could muster, ending up in a fit of laughter again. His voice echoed all around him, making him do it again several more times before finally piping down.

LIEUTENANT let's take a little time to make a simply rhyme ?
Liuetenant had the biggest, yet so commonly seen, smile plastered to his face as he made his way to the train station, expecting to meet his brother once again. When it came to their obstacle that they always attempted- making a new challenge to get through the dumpster mess- he pondered for only a moment. His chuckle was as goofy as ever, but a little quieter. He covered his eyes with his ears, and took a step forward. Wait 'till ol Sarge hears about this, yeah yeah! Lewwy snickered to himself. He struggled a little, and tripped here and there, until the end. There, he fell face first to the ground, and ignored the slight sting of pain, to consumed in his own laughter.
See, his phiosophy was simple; Live in the moment, and don't take a damned thing for granted. Him and his brother always rolled in the fact life was a gift. In the pain, they found pleasure. In the sorrow, they found joy. It was their way of life, it truly was. They were just... Well, there. Remain, not regret, that's what Liuetenant liked to think. Tell himself. Remain in the world- Don't let sadness or anything cause you to be devoid of life. Let yourself remain. Regret, it was stupid. Liuetenant coudn't remember the last time he regret anything, honestly! It wasn't programmed into his head to feel it, or even know it.
Lewwy picked himself off the ground, and shook his pelt with a small scoff. He let his clumsy swagger carry his paws, leaving large footprints in the small ammount of snow in the station. Lewwy's ears perked up when he heard a loud voice yelling, and he wondered if it might be his brother- It was something the lugg' would do, it was. Aye, Sergeant, is that yeh'?! Liuetenant called, his voice just as loud. He started a lope, much like that of an equine- making him look even dorkier then usual.
He did not find his brother, however, but a smaller- well small to jhim- dog. He was rolling in the snow, and Lewwy laughed at that. His brother would do the exact same thing, Lewwy just knew! Aye, what're yeh' doin', sir?

{ LUCAS }
Everything seemed so quiet, now that Lucas had shut up and had just started observing his surroundings with a much sharper eye than before. But the silence shattered like fragile glass when a call echoed along the length of the train station and rebounded off of the metallic walls. “Aye, Sergeant, is that yeh’?!” The voice had an accent that switched Luke’s interest on.
The brown-black pelted young male’s pitch-black lobes perked up and angled towards the direction where the shout came from. The male easily interpreted it, and he, of course, understood it. The other canine seemed to have been searching for someone by the name of ‘Sergeant’. The name made the hyperactive brute’s curiosity peak even higher.
Lucas jumped back to his paws, tail never stopping, and chocolate-brown eyes surveyed the approaching figure. An Irish Wolfhound, by the looks of him. A smile as wide as an ocean crossed the Belgian Malinois’ black face, his black nose twitching as he caught a whiff if the other male’s unfamiliar scent. Still grinning, Lucas answered Lieutenant’s query, “Exploring, playing around, being me.” Truth rang in his words, his somewhat deep voice contrasting to his childish personality. Luke tilted his finely-shaped cranium and asked, “What about you? And who’s Sergeant? Is he a friend of yours? Can I meet him? Is he here? Are you two lost? Can I help?” Oh wow.
The brute silenced himself, his paws kneading the cement ground, his claws making a clicking sound with every swipe. His coral-pink tongue still lolled out of his mouth, eagerly waiting for the grey-furred lupine to answer his many questions.
OOC: Ohmigawd~ I lovveeeee Lewwy ;3 And Lucas would love to see his brother~ That would awesome !

Liuetenant was face to face with a medium sized black dog, and was surprised when he heard him talk. His voice was rather masculine, and he was so childish from what Lewwy could see! It made him smile a little. Lieutenant heavy accent wasn't even fully-developed yet, and he was full-grown! He hadn't seen a dog of this breed before, so he didn't know whether or not he was full grown. Still, though, it was like seeing a totally buff, badass dog talking like a chiuahua! It was completely rediculous!
Ah! My, you seem mighty comfterable with y'erself! You're like my brutha', ha! Yeah, yeah yeah! Always to out there. Lewwy was ALWAYS so friendly. He put himself out there, 24/7, just to make a new friend or just to have fun. It was a little strange without his brother, yes, but he'd show up at sometime, right? Afterall, they met here everyday! They would do their shennanigins for the day, then all night would talk, laugh, and well, be themselves with the other. It was a circle. He was only waiting for the arrival of his brother at this point.
Then, Lieutenant was bombarded with questions. He laughed after the mate had finished, and let his shoulders roll with his chuckled. That was a mouthful, eh?! Woah, boy, ya' can talk, thats 'fer sure! Lewwy teased the boy, and let his body shake with his laughter. His silence after it was something new- Lewwy hadn't know nreal awkward silences. But, he answered the questions quickly.
I'm waitin' 'fer my oaf of a butha, that's who ol' Sarge is, aye! Ahh, he might be here soon- If not, mwell, who knows. And, hell, am I lost? Hah, i run this place, down here! How can ye' help, hmmmm...! I'm not sure right now, hah! LEwwy spoke, his voice so innocent. He had never felt hardships of the world before, or the reality of the hurt in it. He was content living in the world, of simply him and his brother. Maybe now, this new friend, as well!
OOC; OMG im SOOOO SORRY this is so late! /ded/

Sergeant had been running late, from a prior event from that day. He ran down the streets, making his way to the train station, his destination. He was set on not missing his brother. If he had, what would he do? This meeting was everything he looked towards everyday.
Sarge felt the wind blow between his fur as he skidded down to a walking pace. He walked down the corridors, his eyes getting used to the dark. He smiled as he heard his brother's voice. But why was it talking? He wasn't there. He felt a pain in his heart as he walked at a faster pace, skipping the usual tradition, which wasn't like him. Was Lieutenant meeting other people here? What would he do if Lewwy ended up liking someone else more?
Sergeant came into full view and saw a little canine near Lieutenant. He took a breather, when he heard Lewwy talking about him. He padded over to where the two were and smiled at his brother. "Aye." He gave his head a gentle nod before turning his attention to the smaller dog.
He tilted his head, looking at Lewwy then back at the other canine. "Aye to you too. I'm Sergeant, who're you?" He asked, curious. He liked to be friendly, especially to others his brother talked too. And from the looks of it, they had been here for a few minutes, while he had been gone.
ooc: sorry this sucks for an intro. sick right now

» LUCAS The Belgian Malinois grinned even wider than before—if that was even possible—and wagged his tail like there was no tomorrow. His playful amber-brown optics glittered even in the dim light, the temporary glimmer indicating that he was absolutely ecstatic for meeting a canine that was alike him in many ways.
The brown and black canine sat back down on his haunches, only to spring back up and into a crouch, his rear set high into the air in a playful stance. Lucas’s pitch-black ears perked up and tilted forward as he was compared to Lieutenant’s brother and probably best friend, Sergeant. Once again, the male’s eyes lit up like the stars in the night sky. “Really? I’m like him? Oh wow, what’s he like then? Does he like to wrestle like me? Does he like helping, cause I love helping~!” Luke dragged out the word ‘help’ to emphasise his strong liking to the action of simple heroism—or so he called it that.
Lucas grinned as Lieutenant started to answer his rapidly-fired questions, listening to each and every accented word that went flying from the other male’s mouth. He blinked quite a few times and let himself fall back to the ground, on his side. Amber optics looked up at the grey-and-brown-furred canine, ears twitching to show that he was still listening. “So he’ll be here? Like today? And I can meet him? And you seriously, like, own this place? God, that is so cool! I wish I have a place of my own too. Oh well, can’t mess with fate! Besides, I like running around, it’s fun,” the shepherding canine barked joyfully, “oh, and it’s fine of don’t have any problems right now. But you can still holler for me if you need me. I help everybody~”
He was utterly joyful for stumbling into Lewwy. It was so entertaining for the boy. Luke parted his jaws to speak–as if he hadn’t spoken so much already—but closed it again as an unfamiliar, yet exciting, scent flowed through his obsidian flesh nares. Curiosity instantly masked the young lad’s features. Lucas bounced back to his black paws and looked around, his gaze locking onto another dog that looked a lot like the male he was currently talking to. An idea popped into the hyperactive brute. What if this is Lewwy’s brother? Gosh, that would be so cool!
“Aye to you too. I’m Sergeant, who’re you?” When the grey-brown lupine stated his name to him, an ecstatic yelp escaped the brute’s mouth and he couldn’t control himself from acting like a total madman. “So you’re Lewwy’s brother! Gosh, I wish I still had my brother. Anyway, you two look so much alike, it’s crazy! I’ve never seen other dogs with their brothers before. . . Oh wow,” he practically squealed in delight. Lucas snapped himself back and grinned sheepishly, now just realising that he hadn’t told Sergeant his name yet. “My name’s Lucas by the way, but feel free to call me Luke. It’s easier.” TAGS: Slawter && Grasped; WORDS: # MUSE: “Everybody Talks”
